- Global signature stainless steel molded dimpled handle, provides safe grip and perfect balance
- Blade edge is ground on each side (symmetrical 50/50 bevel) creating a super fine 15 degree edge
- Made in Japan; Limited lifetime warranty. Hand washing recommended
